The U.S. Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide and maintain Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 38th Contracting Squadron (38 CONS), 436th Contracting Squadron (436 CONS) - OEMs and Vendors: - Avaya (Call Manager Version 8 is specified as key equipment) - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance and installation of local telecommunication equipment compatible with existing infrastructure - Support for 24/7/365 local dial-tone and ancillary services - Provision of 11,000 Direct-Inward-Dialing (DID) directory numbers across specified NPA-NXX ranges - 1 Commercial Subscriber Line (CSL) (analog basic service) - 23 ISDN Primary Rate Interface (PRI) trunks (B-Channels) with specific circuit IDs - Local exchange access and long-distance services - Outage management with defined priority levels (catastrophic, emergency, serious, routine) - Service restoration, detailed service records, and annual reporting - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Equipment must be compatible with Avaya Call Manager Version 8 - Contractor must comply with FCC, DoD, and Air Force standards - Security and personnel qualifications are required - Outage management must follow strict priority and restoration protocols - Labor hours must be reported annually by October 31 - All services must support the base continuously, 24/7/365

DESCRIPTION: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. Please indicate if your company is willing and capable to performance maintenance on a Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) IAW the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement will provide essential Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) and features supporting Dover AFB, DE. Site specific equipment connectivity requirements are identified in Appendix 1, along with required features. This LTS will support the installation 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365).
