Description
The McKenzie Valley Long Term Recovery Group (MVLTRG) is seeking proposals from qualified parties to provide site preparation work for placing accessory dwelling units on private property within and around the 2020 Holiday Farm Fire footprint. The scope may include earthwork, grading, filling, soil and aggregate compaction, concrete footings, anchors, stem walls, septic, electrical, plumbing, vegetation removal, fencing, and other related work. This project is funded by Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds via an Oregon Housing and Community Services grant. Lane County facilitates the process but the contract is directly with MVLTRG.
