The McKenzie Valley Long Term Recovery Group (MVLTRG) is seeking proposals from qualified parties to provide off-site manufactured housing units transported to privately owned properties within and around the 2020 Holiday Farm Fire footprint. These units will serve as Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and will be 900 square feet or smaller. Lane County is facilitating the competitive selection process on behalf of MVLTRG to ensure grant compliance and reporting. The contractual relationship will be directly between the awarded contractor and MVLTRG, not Lane County.
