This is a Sources Sought. This announcement is in support of market research to determine the feasibility of a Full and Open acquisition and to identify potential sources that can provide the Maintenance and Overhaul of the following item:

NOMENCLATURE: Servocylinder

Input/Output NSN: 1650-01-304-9016

Input/Output P/N: 145H6600-19

ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 20 – Maximum 144 each Maximum of 144 each includes quantity of 120 each US and a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 24 each.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees.

The Servocylinder is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Although DMWR-55-1650-395 is adequate for overhaul of the Servocylinder, overhaul is restricted to approved sources only. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) and must be overhauled by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or other approved sources. The OEM Is The Boeing Company, Ridley Park, PA (CAGE 77272). The other approved M&O source listed in the ARISE database is AAR Allen Services, Inc., Garden City, NY (CAGE 3Y015). Interested parties who have capability to perform the above effort should respond to this notice and identify your business size and socio-economic status as applicable.
