Description
The Department of Education is requesting an extension without change of a currently approved information collection request for the Common Core of Data (CCD) School-Level Finance Survey (SLFS) for 2025-2027. This survey collects comprehensive school-level finance data including salaries, benefits, and expenditures for all publicly funded schools serving prekindergarten through 12th grade. The data is collected from State Education Agencies and is used to provide uniform and comparable financial data to help parents, states, and policymakers understand resource allocation in public schools. Comments on this information collection are due by May 27, 2026.
