The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that certain companies subject to this administrative review made sales of circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand at less than normal value during the period of review from March 1, 2024, through February 28, 2025. Commerce is also rescinding the review in part with respect to 28 companies that had no suspended entries during the period. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
