This opportunity seeks small business contractors to provide specialty cleaning services at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Air Mobility Command, 436th Contracting Squadron (FA4497 436 CONS LGC) - 436th Civil Engineer Squadron, Dover Air Force Base - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation. - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive specialty cleaning services, including: - Mold abatement and remediation - HVAC duct and air handler cleaning (source removal, filter replacement, cleaning of diffusers/registers) - Pressure washing (vertical surfaces up to 50 ft, flat concrete surfaces) - Remediation of water and biohazard incidents (glycol pipe breaks, fire suppression system breaks, sewage backups, biohazard waste removal) - Bio-washing with antimicrobial agents, fogging (wet solution and electrostatic), HEPA vacuuming - Drywall removal and installation (less/more than 25 SF) - Carpet extraction/cleaning - Equipment rental (dehumidifiers, negative air machines, turbo air movers, wall cavity dryers) - Provision of containment areas, PPE gear, and project supervision - Labor by certified technicians and trained assistants - All labor, materials, and equipment must be provided by the contractor - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must be ACAC certified with specific microbial remediation credentials - Compliance with NADCA and IICRC S500 standards is required - Services must be performed during normal duty hours - Strict adherence to security, safety, and antiterrorism protocols - Contractor personnel must have proper badges and background checks - Labor reporting and submission of reports to the Contracting Officer Representative - Opportunity is set aside for small businesses; respondents must provide business size and socioeconomic status

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY

The 436th Contracting Squadron is seeking information concerning the availability of small business concern contractors capable of providing the following services.

Description of Services - The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform specialty cleaning services at Dover AFB, DE, as detailed in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). These services include, but are not limited to, mold abatement, HVAC duct cleaning, and pressure washing.
