Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that seamless oil country tubular goods (OCTG) produced by Boly Pipe Co., Ltd. in Thailand using steel billets from the People's Republic of China and exported to its U.S. customers are subject to the scope of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on OCTG from China. This determination applies on a country-wide basis to all products with the same physical characteristics unless accompanied by certifications of non-Chinese origin billets. The determination continues the suspension of liquidation and requires cash deposits of estimated duties for relevant entries from December 18, 2024, onward.
