Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that certain chassis and subassemblies thereof imported from the People's Republic of China are subject to antidumping and countervailing duty orders. The merchandise includes axle beams, slider boxes, and landing gear sets imported by AXN that can be used on chassis. Importer-specific certification requirements have been imposed for subassemblies not subject to the orders. The determination directs U.S. Customs and Border Protection to continue suspension of liquidation and require cash deposits for entries of the subject merchandise.
