The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is seeking proposals from learning management system firms to provide access to a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS), Online Learning Content, and Performance Management Software. The solution will include software as a service access to all functionality of the Learning and Performance modules, along with maintenance, technical support, implementation, testing, and training services. A non-mandatory proposers' conference will be held online via Microsoft Teams on May 5, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically via iSupplier by June 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.
