Description

The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is soliciting proposals for consulting services to assist with the agency transition from the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) to the future Northern Illinois Transit Authority (NITA). The vendor will support organizational design and change management, research of peer and best practices, project management, and meeting coordination. The vendor will also assist with evaluating current legal, administrative, and management structures at NITA and the Service Boards, assessing staffing needs and benefits, and developing necessary procedures and policies. The contract includes an initial 24-month term with two 36-month renewal options.
