Description

Alton Mental Health Center is seeking a vendor to enter the Engineering Building wearing PPE, Tyvek suit with booties, respirator with HEPA filters, and gloves to remove and clean approximately 250 items exposed to asbestos and lead paint hazards. Items will be HEPA vacuumed or wet wiped outside the building before moving to another location on campus. Disposal of items may be as regular waste if lead contamination is low. The work must be completed by 06/30/2026 and includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on 04/23/2026 at 1:30 PM at Alton Mental Health Center.
