Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to purchase food, grocery items, produce, supplies, and outside catering services for district-wide use on an as-needed basis. It is supplemental to the original solicitation RFP DA-207872 and targets vendors not previously awarded under that solicitation. The contract term mirrors the original RFP and may be extended up to five years with mutual consent. The procurement is conducted in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200 and may be used with local, state, federal, and grant-funded programs.
