Description

The Rector School District invites bids for selected bid packages for the construction of the New Rector High School located in Rector, Arkansas. Bids are to be submitted on a lump sum basis for various trade packages including demolition, asbestos abatement, sitework, concrete, masonry, HVAC, electrical, and more. Sealed bids must be delivered by 6:00 p.m. on May 19, 2026, to the Rector School District Elementary Library, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid conference will be held on May 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Rector Elementary Library. Bidders must be licensed in the State of Arkansas and provide a bidder's bond or cashier's check for bids exceeding $20,000.
