Statements of Qualifications will be received until 3:00 PM local time on May 28, 2026. Only one copy of a firm's SOQ is requested, and there will be no formal opening of the SOQs. Consultants may submit SOQs after the deadline, but late submissions may impact the opportunity to be invited to submit a project proposal. Acorn Rural Water Association reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs not in compliance with noted procedures if it is in the best interest of the public and to waive informalities in the request for qualifications.
