Description
The City of Signal Hill is soliciting electronic proposals for a Master Agreement to provide on-call street pavement maintenance services. The scope includes micro-surfacing, slurry seal, asphalt patching, crack sealing, asphalt overlay, sidewalk and curb replacement, ADA curb ramps, utility cover adjustments, pavement markings, traffic control, surface cleaning, and coordination with utilities and agencies. Work locations and treatments vary and are authorized via Task Orders and Change Orders. The contract is unit price, as-needed, with no guaranteed minimum work, and has a term of one year with possible renewal up to five years.
