This notice informs vendors about the City of Pompano Beach's postponement of its transition to the OpenGov Sourcing Module for eProcurement. - The Procurement & Contracts Department will continue using the IonWave system for bidding opportunities until a new OpenGov go-live date is set. - Vendors are encouraged to pre-register with OpenGov to receive future notifications and participate in upcoming solicitations. - Registration with OpenGov is free of charge. - No specific products, services, OEMs, or vendors are being solicited or awarded in this notice. - The city will use NIGP category codes in the new system. - This is an informational update about a change in procurement platform, not a solicitation or contract award.

Description

The City of Pompano Beach has postponed the GoLive of the OpenGov Sourcing Module to a future date due to reasons outside the city's control. Currently, there are no changes to the bidding process, and the city will continue to use IonWave for bidding opportunities. Vendors are encouraged to register in OpenGov to ensure they do not miss future bid opportunities after the new system goes live. There is no cost for vendors to register in OpenGov, and instructions for registration are provided.
