Description

This contract is for Forensic Pathology Transcription Services provided by Diskriter, Inc. to the County of Orange. The contract is a firm fixed fee agreement where the contractor agrees to provide transcription services as detailed in the Scope of Work (Attachment A). The County agrees to pay the contractor based on the schedule of fees outlined in the Compensation and Pricing Provision (Attachment B).
