Metro, through the Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC), is requesting proposals for a Venue Economic Impact Report for the MERC Venues, which include the Oregon Convention Center, Oregon Zoo, Portland’5 Centers for the Arts, and the Portland Expo Center.
