This solicitation is for HVAC System Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Services district wide for the United Independent School District (UISD). The district will approve a pool of vendors who will quote on each Test and Balance project to ensure the best value. The work includes testing, adjusting, and balancing HVAC systems as designed by the Engineer of Record for various maintenance and construction projects. Vendors must have a minimum of five years documented experience and certification by AABC, NEBB, or TABB. The work must comply with NEBB's procedural standards and include preparation and distribution of Test and Balance reports to UISD and applicable engineering consultants.
