Description

The City of Farmington is requesting qualifications-based proposals (RFQPs) from engineering firms capable of providing professional engineering, planning, and consulting services for airport development projects at the Four Corners Regional Airport. The scope includes various projects such as runway reconstruction, taxiway rehabilitation, airport master planning, lighting upgrades, and other related airport infrastructure improvements. The awarded firm(s) will be expected to manage projects in compliance with federal and state regulations, including coordination with the FAA and NMDOT. The contract is anticipated to be a firm fixed-price agreement with a one-year term and options for renewal.
