Description

The Ector County ISD School Nutrition Department is soliciting sealed bids for additional kitchen equipment. The awarded vendor will coordinate delivery and uncrating of all equipment with the School Nutrition Coordinator. All prices must be firm, fixed, and inclusive of freight, shipping, fuel, delivery, and uncrating costs. Equipment shall be delivered F.O.B Destination to the ECISD School Nutrition Warehouse in Odessa, Texas. Bids will be accepted electronically only via the ECISD eBid system and must be submitted by 10:00 AM Central Time on March 25, 2026.
