Description
Montgomery County Office of Children and Youth (OCY) is requesting proposals from organizations to provide Truancy Diversion services to families and children aged 5 through 18 who are experiencing truancy. Multiple providers will be selected to deliver services aimed at diverting formal involvement with OCY using an established outcomes informed program. Selected organizations should have experience with Montgomery County, knowledge of family and youth dynamics related to truancy, and established relationships with school districts, Magisterial District Judges, and local community service organizations. Services are expected to begin at the start of the 2026-2027 academic year.
