Description

The City of Camden is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional planning and compliance services for the preparation, coordination, and submission of the City's Annual Action Plan (2027) and Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for HUD Entitlement Programs. These programs include Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), if applicable. The consultant will also support IDIS data entry, entitlement application requirements, plan amendments, and updates to existing HUD-required planning documents as needed.
