The City of Kitchener, on behalf of the Grand River Cooperative Purchasing Group (GRCPG), invites qualified contractors to respond to this RFQ for the transportation, characterization, and disposal of excess soils, street sweeping debris, catch basin material, and sanitary sewer maintenance material. These materials are accumulated during operations by the City of Kitchener, City of Waterloo, and City of Cambridge.
