This Request for Quotations (RFQ) invites prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the role of IPD Project Facilitator for the Integrated Project Delivery of Fire Station 8 and Housing Development in downtown Kitchener. The City of Kitchener has selected the IPD method to design and construct a mixed-use site that may include both a Fire Station and Housing Development. The IPD Project Facilitator will have expertise in IPD methodology and LEAN construction and will act as an at-risk partner by executing a CCDC-30 2018 contract with negotiated supplemental conditions alongside the Prime Contractor, Prime Architect, and Owner.
