The Des Moines Independent Community School District is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide high-quality snack and beverage vending, pouring rights, and related services at the lowest cost to the District. The scope includes exclusive vending and beverage pouring rights across district facilities, operation of vending machines compliant with USDA Smart Snack standards, provision of coolers and ice machines for high school athletics and administrative buildings, and sponsorship to support DMPS programs. The selected provider will be responsible for equipment provision, maintenance, and repair, and must comply with labeling and product restrictions.
