This Request for Quotations (RFQ) invites prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the King Street East (Stirling Avenue to Ottawa Street) Reconstruction project. The City of Kitchener intends to upgrade underground services to current standards and carry out complete roadway reconstruction within the specified limits.
