Pre-qualification of Mechanical HVAC Contractors for City of Kitchener

Description

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) invites prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide mechanical HVAC contracting services. The prequalification process will select up to eight qualified mechanical HVAC contractors to be placed on the City of Kitchener's Qualified Supplier Roster. Only those selected will be eligible to bid on the City's mechanical quotations for three years, from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2028. Contractors are expected to act as general contractors employing subcontractors when applicable.
