The City of Kitchener is seeking a consultant to complete a Market Analysis Study to support the implementation of an updated planning framework for three Protected Major Transit Station Areas: Block Line, Fairway, and Sportsworld. This project, called Growing Together East, builds on previous work from the Growing Together project, which introduced new Strategic Growth Area land uses and zones. The study will evaluate existing and future conditions and recommend policy directions related to commercial and employment uses within the study area.
