Description
The City of Kitchener is seeking consulting services to complete a Transportation Impact Assessment and Preliminary Noise Analysis. This study supports the review and replacement of the existing Residential and Industrial Hidden Valley Community Plans. The plans will be repealed and replaced with a new Secondary Plan via amendment to the City's Official Plan.
