The City of Kitchener requires a contractor to crush clean scrap concrete and asphalt piled at the Kitchener Operations Facility (KOF) and remove a portion of it. The end products will include Granular A consisting of 30% asphalt and 70% concrete, Granular B Type II which is 100% concrete, Granular A which is 100% asphalt, and removal of a portion of the Granular A asphalt.
