This Request for Quotations (RFQ) invites prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for gas pipeline construction within the City of Kitchener. The work includes providing all materials (except pipe and fittings provided by the City), labour, water, tools, equipment, plant, light, and power necessary for the construction. The contract is a unit price contract covering three construction seasons starting upon award and ending March 14, 2025, with an option to extend for two additional seasons until March 14, 2027.
