This Request for Quotations (RFQ) invites prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for professional services involving a detailed technical and financial analysis of implementing an open-loop geothermal District Energy System in Downtown Kitchener. The analysis will build upon a Phase 1 Pre-Feasibility Study and result in Class 2 technical and financial analysis as defined by AACE criteria.
