The City of Kitchener seeks to appoint a consultant experienced in completing detailed and final designs, coordinating related needs, tendering, contract administration/inspection, and implementation of improvements to the Walter Bean Trail – Deer Ridge Area. The project also includes realigning the storm water management ponds outlet at Pioneer Tower Rd and regrading the asphalt area at the Pioneer Tower Sewage pumping station. This work is part of the City's Disaster Mitigation and Adaptation Fund (DMAF) Project and is partially funded by the Government of Canada.
