Description
This solicitation is for the provision of appointment scheduling, quality inspections, preventive maintenance and repair, de-liming, and infraction reporting of residential water heaters. The services support the Kitchener Utilities rental water heater program. Contractors must sign the City’s Information Privacy Agreement and provide service through appointments scheduled on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays.
