Description

This contract involves various types of road rehabilitation on predetermined city streets, including paving surface asphalt on newly constructed streets under the City's Two Year warranty. It also includes community trail remediation, various utility cuts, and other ancillary work as directed by the Engineer or City Representative. The contract is a unit price contract for the current construction season only, with no carryover of unfinished work to the following season.
