Description

This solicitation is for the provision of appointment scheduling, quality inspections, preventive maintenance and repair, de-liming, and infraction reporting of residential water heaters, supporting the rental water heater program, as well as commercial water heaters at City facilities. Contractors must sign the City's Information Privacy Agreement and provide services through appointments scheduled on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays. The work must proceed in two-month cycles as specified in the Terms of Reference.
