Description

The City, on behalf of the Cooperative Purchasing Group of Waterloo (CPGWR), invites qualified and experienced pay by mobile parking application service providers to submit proposals for state-of-the-art mobile parking applications. These applications will complement the existing surface parking lot pay and display ticket system and include allocation of parking spaces at on and off street metered locations. There is no guarantee of contract volume or exclusivity, and the City or member agencies may contract with one or more providers or obtain services internally. The solicitation is a request for proposals (RFP) and is managed through the Kitchener Bids and Tenders portal.
