Description

The City of Kitchener intends to upgrade Queen Street, entrances to Halls Lane, Goudies Lane and Vogelsang Green in accordance with the Council endorsed Queen Street Placemaking Plan. The successful respondent is expected to complete the pre-design, final design, coordinate all related project needs, tendering, contract administration/inspection and resident/business services during construction of improvements to the roadway, drainage and other related infrastructure. All design must comply with the Region of Waterloo’s Design Guidelines and Supplemental Specifications for Municipal Services, the City of Kitchener Development Manual, and other relevant standards and community plans.
