The City invites qualified mechanical contractors to supply all labour, equipment and materials to perform HVAC rehabilitation at Grand River Arena, 555 Heritage Drive, Kitchener, Ontario, as per the specifications and drawings. The mechanical contractor shall be the prime contractor for all work involved with the completion of this project, including but not limited to, electrical, structural, and plumbing.
