Description

The City invites qualified general contractors to supply all labour, equipment and materials for the replacement of the Traffic Topping at the Kitchener Market, 300 King St. East, Kitchener, Ontario, as per attached specifications and drawings. The successful contractor shall start construction August 14, 2017 and ensure sufficient skilled labour to complete the work by October 6, 2017. Contractors must have completed at least four traffic topping replacements exceeding 30,000 square feet. The successful contractor will be required to sign a CCDC2-2208 agreement at time of award.
