Description
The City of Kitchener is seeking consulting services for detailed design and contract administration during construction for the proposed restoration of Idlewood Creek as described in the Environmental Study Report by Amec Foster Wheeler. The consultant will complete field investigations, detailed design, approval applications, coordinate project needs, tendering, contract administration, provide guidance on sediment disposal, resident/business services during construction, and post-construction monitoring. The work must comply with natural channel design philosophy, Region of Waterloo's Design Guidelines, City of Kitchener Development Manual, and other relevant standards.
