Description

The City of Kitchener intends to upgrade underground services and carry out complete roadway reconstruction on Heiman Street and Mill Street. The consultant will be responsible for pre-design, final design, coordination, tendering, contract administration, inspection, and resident/business services during construction. All designs must comply with the Region of Waterloo’s Design Guidelines and Supplemental Specifications for Municipal Services, the City of Kitchener Subdivision Manual, and other relevant standards and community plans.
