Description
The City invites qualified, experienced contractors to respond to the Request for Tender for the supply, delivery, installation, training and maintenance of one Canada Post approved high volume/capacity Postage Machine complete with postage meter. The City will decide whether to purchase or lease the machine based on the tenders received. The successful contractor will provide a 10-year comprehensive preventive maintenance plan if the machine is purchased, or a 5-year plan if leased. The City is looking forward to receiving and reviewing every tender.
