The City of Kitchener is seeking consulting services for tender preparation and contract administration during construction for the retrofit of Stormwater Management Facility (SWMF) 10. The consultant will complete field investigations, coordinate project needs, tendering, contract administration, provide guidance on sediment disposal, and oversee resident/business services during construction and post-construction monitoring.
