Description
Kitchener Utilities, a Division of The Corporation of the City of Kitchener, requires the services of a Consultant or Consultants to assist with strategic advisory and program development services for its mandatory compliance obligation under the Ontario Cap and Trade Program. The City intends to enter into an agreement with at least one firm to undertake these services. Proponents must comment in advance on any contemplated changes to the agreement, which will be reviewed at the start of the evaluation process. Submissions with changes may be subject to rejection.
