Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS), on behalf of St. Joseph's Health Care London (SJHCL), is seeking a constructor for the installation of flooring and millwork in the Daycare Center at Parkwood Main Building. The work includes removal and disposal of existing VCT flooring, installation of luxury vinyl plank flooring, vinyl sheet good, rubber base, and replacement of millwork with associated plumbing and lighting fixtures.
