The National Research Council Canada (NRC) is seeking expressions of interest from qualified teams to deliver the Centre for Autonomous Flight Systems (CAFS) at the NRC Uplands Campus in Ottawa using a Progressive Design-Build delivery model. The project aims to expand NRC Flight Research Lab capabilities by creating a new facility for advanced research, development, integration, and testing of autonomous and optionally-piloted aircraft systems. This request is to identify and shortlist experienced proponents for a subsequent procurement stage and is not a request for pricing. The project is located in Ottawa, NRC Uplands Campus.
