TVO Media Education Group (TVO) is seeking submissions from qualified and authorized vendors to provide one year of next business day on-site support, BlueScale software support, and preventative maintenance for its existing Spectra Logic Spectra T950V Tape Library Archive System. The contract duration is one year, and the support includes maintenance and software assistance as specified in the attached requirements document.
